Living Green Drink
Living Green Drink is a liquid which you make yourself with a blender or processor. By using a BLENDER and good water with fresh, green edible leaves you can prepare a drink with the vegetable material “chewed” several thousand times a minute by the blades in a blender/processor.
Chewing a green salad with teeth even if each bite is chewed with good teeth 32 times liberates only approximately 2% of the available nutritional leaf fluids of chlorophyll. This is because the intracellular fluids are contained in microscopic cellulose cells which are essentially wood. The human body has no mechanism to digest cellulose; this means in order to digest the cellular contents of a leaf the teeth must mechanically separate the cellulose structures. A good blender can deliver as much as 80% of the leaf’s cellular fluids. This makes your salad greens approximately forty times more effective. So instead of forty salads a day, one is enough to make a big difference when blended.
Chlorophyll is “plant blood” and similar to hemoglobin. The complex molecules of chlorophyll and hemoglobin are alike except the vegetable material has a speck of magnesium in the center and the hemoglobin has a speck of iron in it, so one is green and the other is red.
Living Green Drink nourishes the blood stream and could be the next best think to having a blood transfusion (without the worry of infection or contamination). It is oxygenated, a poison antidote and a gentle flush to rid the body of poisons both internal and environmental. It is a source of natural vegetable vitamin A, which unlike other sources can be taken without fear of toxic build up. No one has ever died from and “overdose” of green lettuce. How to make it. Blend 1 or 2 handfuls of any fresh green leaves with 1 pint of (distilled or filtered (if possible)) water for 1 minute and drink. If you don’t want all that fiber then filter out what you wish. Acceptable leaves are green lettuces: Escarole, Bib, Romaine, Endive, Swiss Chard, Collards, Dandelion leaves, Birch Tree leaves, and sprouts of Alfalfa which have been allowed to grow a little longer to develop more chlorophyll, Baby Spring mix salads, Spring & Herb salads. If a strong diuretic is preferred, then add a single nice sized sprig of Parsley. Organically grown produce is superior to conventionally grown. (Heirloom produce is most awesome.)
Wash even the “pre-washed” leaves.
Add sea salt or Himalayan salt for taste and additional minerals and trace minerals.
One pint per day is good for cleansing, nourishing, increased energy and a sense of “well-being.”
A Suggested Alternative Intensive use:
This is not a fast. Eat as usual. Can be used as a fast if desired.
